The music played softly as the wedding guests collectively held their breath. We waited for the white doors at the back of the small chapel to open. It was almost time! It was a perfect November afternoon at the Sheriff's Youth Ranch in Batesville, Arkansas. The sun was warmly shining and there wasn't a cloud in the sky. Anticipation was felt by everyone in the room, including the groom, who waited to see his bride for the first time that day. Happy tears welled in his eyes when she was finally revealed. She looked radiant and was overflowing with joy. Time stood still in that moment. Their eyes locked and didn't leave each other as she walked down the aisle toward him. They couldn't stop smiling! She wiped his eyes as they prepared to say their vows, becoming husband and wife! Two became one!
Its little moments like these that make every wedding so special and unique. Each has their own story. And I can't believe I get to be there to witness them. Cody and Shaina, thank you so much for allowing me to be there for your special day. It was truly such a pleasure. I can't even begin to tell you how happy and excited I am for your new adventure!
